Head Waiter

• Head Waiter - 16-20/hr OTE (including tronc)

Were looking for a Head Waiter to join the team at one of our Cubitt House pubs. As Head Waiter youll be a key leader on the floor delivering warm attentive and professional service to every guest while supporting the management team in driving exceptional service standards. Youll help create memorable dining experiences leading by example to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly efficient and professional service to all guests.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
• Collaborate with managers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.
• Assist with stock management table settings and preparation as needed.
• Support the training and development of junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive welcoming atmosphere.

• Previous experience in a similar front-of-house hospitality role is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Friendly approachable and professional attitude.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence leading a section and supporting wider team eligibility to work in the UK.
