Head Waiter

• Lead your section by example putting a memorable guest and team experience at the centre of what you do and inspiring others around you to do as you do
• Bring your own flavour to our guests table making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave theyre having a great time
• Play a key part in connecting the floor with the kitchen handling any requests and questions be they from our guests or the team
• Know your products and systems inside out

Qualifications :

• 2 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience
• Youre looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Youre not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done
• Youre up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
