Head of Technology Commercial Partnerships

Formula 1 is the worlds most technologically advanced sport with every tenth of a second won through data mastery and relentless innovation. At Williams F1 Racing were looking for someone who can take that same spirit of innovation and turn it into commercial impact.

This is a rare hybrid role part technical part commercial all people person. Youll need to move seamlessly between shaking hands with partners and forming genuine relationships and quickly assessing whether a technology opportunity is actually relevant to what we do. That means youll need real technical depth: someone who has built software or hardware led engineering teams or worked in forward-deployed technical roles.

Representing the technology strategy set out by our CIO youll identify build and close partnerships that dont just generate revenue but position Williams as a genuine innovation partner on one of sports most visible global stages.

Qualifications :

What youll do:

• Quickly assess potential technology partnerships using genuine technical understanding to separate the relevant from the irrelevant
• Build a pipeline of high-value technology partnerships and personally lead senior relationships through to signature
• Represent and help bring to life the Technology and Innovation Strategy set by the CIO aligning partnership activity with revenue and brand goals
• Represent Williams F1 Racing at technology conferences partner innovation days and races as an engaging credible ambassador who can hold a room and speak with authority on stage
• Deepen value with existing partners across fan engagement esports sustainability and content
