Are you ready to lead the way in retail operations At Boots were on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Head of Store Operations Support to join our Central Operations team. This is your chance to make a real difference in our stores and communities across the UK and Ireland.

In this pivotal role you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our Store Operations Support agenda ensuring our stores have the operational capability and support they need to thrive. Youll be the driving force behind operational excellence working closely with various stakeholders to simplify processes and enhance profitability while delivering a seamless experience for our customers and colleagues.

What youll be doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing Store Operations Support team.
• Create a simpler more effective retail operating model by reducing operational complexity.
• Prioritise and resolve store-impacting operational process and system issues.
• Ensure stores have the tools and support required to achieve operational standards consistently.
• Own the retail loss strategy and governance framework in the field.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

• Significant retail leadership experience across multi-site operations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations loss prevention safety and stock management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement programmes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience leading operational field teams remotely.
• Project or change management qualification.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
