Head of Sales Progression

OTE: 42000

Location: Hybrid Surrey Hampshire & Berkshire

Working Pattern: Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office remaining days based from a local branch or working remotely.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

An established and highly successful independent estate agency is looking for an experienced Sales Progression Manager to lead and develop its Sales Progression team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor Sales Progression Team Leader or Sales Progression Manager looking to take ownership of a key department within a growing business.

Youll play a vital role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer through to completion while leading a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As Sales Progression Manager you will:

Lead coach and develop the Sales Progression team

Oversee residential property sales from offer agreed through to completion

Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively resolve issues

Liaise with buyers sellers solicitors mortgage brokers and branch teams

Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting across the pipeline

Improve processes and drive operational efficiencies

Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every transaction

Previous experience within Residential Sales Progression

Experience managing or mentoring a team is highly desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple property transactions simultaneously

Positive proactive and customer-focused approach

OTE of 42000
