Job Summary
We are looking for a new Head of Sales Operations for an established but growing hotel group. You will be responsible for delivering defined revenue targets through the leadership of both high-performing Sales Desk teams and systems instilling a hungry sales culture within the reactive teams.
A highly commercial role you will own the end-to-end Sales Desk strategy covering groups meetings sports entertainment travel trade and business desks. It is also responsible for sales systems and support including ownership of core sales systems tools marketing reporting and processes.
You will define and execute a clear commercial approach balancing revenue growth with service levels systems automation and efficiency and cost control. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial judgement people leadership and a data-led mindset.
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work 2 days from home.
