Head of Regional Sales
Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager Sales you will own the performance of new used and rental sales across your region while building long-term strategic partnerships with customers. This is a leadership role where youll combine strategy commercial ownership and team development to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead coach and inspire a high-performing regional sales team
Deliver sustained growth through account development and new business acquisition
Own and execute the regional go-to-market strategy and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Drive performance across new equipment used rental and technology solutions
Take full accountability for regional P&L forecasting and market share growth
Build strategic long-term partnerships with key customers and OEM stakeholders
Champion a data-led sales culture focused on accountability and outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting and operational delivery
Elevate customer experience and satisfaction across the region
Lead talent development succession planning and a strong people-first culture
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Proven success in senior sales leadership (5 years)
Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
Background in construction equipment industrial distribution or similar sectors
Exceptional leadership coaching and change management capability
Strong negotiation influencing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results
Experience working with OEMs (e.g. Caterpillar) highly desirable
