We are looking for a Head of Quality & Risk to join our Marketing & Recruitment team.
As the Head of Quality and Risk you will lead quality assurance compliance and risk management activities across Marketing & Recruitment (M&R) for Kaplans UK US and Canada destinations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements quality standards and risk management processes are effectively embedded within day-to-day operations. Working closely with colleagues across M&R and the wider business you will provide guidance oversight and assurance to help identify assess and manage regulatory operational and service risks.
The role combines quality assurance compliance monitoring continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement supporting the delivery of a positive student experience while safeguarding Kaplans reputation and regulatory obligations.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills sound judgement and the ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.

Experience working in quality assurance compliance risk management or a related function.
Experience in leading audit monitoring or assurance activities.
Experience interpreting policies procedures or regulatory requirements.
Experience producing reports recommendations and management information for senior stakeholders.
Experience building effective relationships and influencing outcomes across teams and functions.
Previous people management experience is desirable.
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and operational controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to identify themes trends and emerging risks.
Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools including AI-powered platforms to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomy.
