Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets.
We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital so that anyone anywhere can back the companies and ideas they believe in.

Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms allowing you to run everything from your phone - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML payments tax reporting and exits.

Were already trusted by over 10000 angels VCs and founders. We administer over $750m in assets covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs OpenAI SpaceX xAI Anduril etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.

Why were hiring

• Odin is automating a decades old part of the financial services industry. AI pilled operators like you are the beating heart of this plan because LLMs & agents allow us to turn this services business entirely into software.

• The role sits at the intersection of finance legal product and engineering.

• Were post-PMF fast-growing and rolling out new products (fund admin) & geographies (USA). Customer & deal volume is climbing fast.

• Today were on track for roughly 700 deals a year with a team of 20 and well process $500m-$750m of investment in 2026 alone.

• The next goal is 7000 deals a year and billions in annual investment flows.

• We believe this can be achieved with a team of around 50 people. But it will only be possible if we turn human-driven services workflows into software.

• The operational machine behind Odin is still held together in many places by people and spreadsheets. Your job is to come in understand every process and system simplify streamline and automate the shit out of it.

• Nobody owns the whole function today which is what this hire is about. Youll inherit a team hire and lead the founding operations engineers and get a clear mandate to rebuild how the work gets done.

• Youll lead a small elite team embedded in operations and working closely with existing team members to build agents that automate work.

• We are not solving this problem with headcount. The point of the role and the other seniors in this function is to make it leaner faster and mostly automated.

• We expect the right hire to be spending more time in Claude Code than in Gmail Zendesk Slack or anything else.

What youll own

• Team
  2-3 ****senior operators (covering investor/LP experience fund manager / deal sponsor experience and post-close operations like secondaries and exits) plus the deal ops team underneath them will support you. Hiring training performance and the hard calls about whos good enough ultimately rest on your shoulders.

• Systems
  The operations function end to end: launching and closing investments on Odin handling post-close governance all the way to exit and the operating system that runs this.

• Automation
  The automation roadmap. Youre the person who identifies the pain automates fixes both yourself and with the senior team members and brings product/design/engineering into the things that genuinely need significant engineering work. Before it gets to them youve already made the process as simple and fast as possible

• Deleting things and saying no
  You decide what belongs in our processes and what doesnt. If a request from sales doesnt scale and isnt highly profitable we dont do it. If a way of working exists for no good reason you kill it. You also handle high-value customer escalation edge cases that fit no process decisions that need judgement but have no playbook. You ensure theyre handled fast and we delight our customers

• Setting the bar
  You set the cultural bar for the team and ensure we solve the root issues rather than putting out fires

What were looking for

• AI-pilled builder
  Clear evidence at work or in your own time that youve built concrete solutions to problems with no budget and no engineering. No-code tooling scripts spreadsheets vibe-coded apps and more.

• Management experience
  Youve directly managed teams of 5 for at least 3 years including senior ICs.

• In the details and extremely on top of things
  You understand every single aspect of our systems end to end. You close loops you chase you push hard to get things done.

• First principles thinker
  Although youre in the details and on top of execution you also zoom out. You look at any process the way a good product manager looks at a product: Whats the job Why are we doing this at all Whats the smallest simplest system that achieves the goal
  A lot of what happens in fund admin is inherited convention an industry given or a constraint of some third party. You should find it physically difficult to accept any of that.

• Big plus: prior experience in regulated financial services
  Not a requirement. We care much more about the traits you have and things you can build than specific skills or experience on your CV.

   Seek to understand what is true by always asking why. Do not trust convention or experts.

2. Speed begets speed
   We work fast. Speed compounds its the best form of defensibility and its energising to be around. If you work slowly or tolerate slow work around you you do not belong at Odin.

3. Take ownership
   Do not wait for permission to do things. Find the answer force the thing into existence and hold others to an extremely high standard - the same standard you hold yourself to.

4. Brutal honesty
   If work doesnt meet the bar people need to hear it and the right people want to.

5. Truly excellent customer service
   Be a stickler for detail in every single interaction a customer has with us and always strive to make this experience better smoother faster.

This role is probably not for you if

• Youd rather manage than operate. Youre leading a team but we expect everyone in the company to get their hands dirty;

• You prefer close management of your responsibilities;

• You are risk-averse;

• You want a 9-5;

• You take yourself too seriously;

• You care about working for a company thats raised lots of money rather than one thats extremely capital efficient and focused on building a profitable giant that has a positive economic impact

Salary

120k - 150k base plus a meaningful equity grant.
Were flexible on the mix of cash and equity.

Hiring process

Three stages usually inside two weeks with detailed feedback within 24 hours of each one.

Location & ways of working

Were a London-based team. This role works closely with the founders product and the wider ops team and the speed we run at makes that much easier in-person. At least three days a week in the office.
