Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across our site. Reporting directly to the CEO this role carries full accountability for end-to-end operational performance spanning manufacturing process efficiency quality maintenance and supply chain.

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will influence direction strengthen capability and ensure the business is positioned to deliver consistently at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate multiple operational functions into a cohesive high-performing organisation
• Translate business strategy into clear operational priorities plans and measurable outcomes
• Drive performance across safety quality delivery cost and continuous improvement

• Is commercially aware data-driven and confident in making strategic decisions

• Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery-focused approach
