Full-time leadership role September start
Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Mathematics to join an established independent school in Southampton from September. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for a strong practitioner with proven departmental impact and a clear vision for curriculum development.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Mathematics across KS3 & KS4 with strong KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning assessment and data analysis staff development and quality assurance ensuring consistently high standards across pure mathematics statistics and mechanics.
