About the role

AsHead of Insight and Evidenceyou will:

  • lead the design delivery and communication of evidence-basedinsightworkto drive continuous improvement of health and care

  • taking a pragmatic approachensureQs work is underpinned by the best available evidence and researchdrawingon a widerange of practice lived experience and academic evidence

  • providethought leadership for various aspects of improvement in health and careincluding quality managementrepresentingQ to a wide range of external audiencesinfluencingthe policy and practice landscape

  • establish robust evaluation approachesfor Q usingpragmatic proportionatemethodsthatsupport the Q team tocontinuously learn and improve

We would love to hear from you ifyou:

  • have excellentquantitative and qualitative researchevaluationand impact measurement skills

  • are knowledgeable inhealth care improvement quality managementandachieving change inthe health and care system.

  • haveexperience securing designingmanagingand deliveringhigh qualityfundedinsightprojects including on a commissioned basis

  • are excellent atusing insights toengage andinfluence external stakeholders

  • are skilledatembedding learningculture andpractices
