Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance Business Partnering to lead our business partnering function and play a key role in shaping financial strategy across the organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Property youll work closely with the Executive Team senior leaders and operational managers to provide financial insight support strategic decision-making drive value for money and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
This role is being offered in a Hybrid capacity with a mixture of home working and at head office in Petersfield.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance business partnering across the organisation.
- Drive strategic financial planning budgeting and forecasting.
- Produce insightful management reporting and financial analysis.
- Support business development pricing commissioning and contract negotiations.
- Develop financial models business cases and scenario planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide constructive challenge to budget holders.
- Strengthen financial controls governance and continuous improvement.
- Lead coach and develop the finance business partnering team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and improve financial literacy across the organisation.
About You
Youll be a qualified finance professional or qualified by experiencewith significant experience in finance business partnering budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning. Youll have strong commercial acumen excellent leadership and communication skills and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support organisational decision-making.
