Youll bring proven export sales leadership experience from a manufacturing engineering construction products or industrial environment together with the drive to grow markets win business and lead people to deliver.

• A strong track record in export sales leadership.
• Commercial confidence strong negotiation skills and sound judgement.
• The ability to build credibility with senior customers and partners.
• A performance-led mindset with high levels of ownership and resilience.
• Confidence using CRM systems reporting and sales insight to drive action.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and overseas.
