At Babyzone we believe that every child deserves a fair start in life regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to empower families and their children from conception to age five by providing access to high-quality early years learning opportunities that nurture the parent-child bond. The need for support in early childhood development has never been more critical. Babyzone is a charity funded by foundations philanthropists and trusts including global venture builder Blenheim Chalcot. We serve families who struggle to access support elsewhere perhaps due to financial geographic or cultural barriers by offering free evidence-based classes and resources in premium fully accessible community hubs. With 11 (soon to be 15!) Babyzone Hubs already open across the UK and ambitious plans for growth were now looking for a passionate and experienced leader to head up our thriving Hammersmith and Fulham Hub which has been open for 2 years.

The Opportunity

AsHeadofBabyzone H&F you will lead the launch and daily operations ofthis established BabyzoneHub helping to transform the lives ofhundreds offamilies in the area.

You will:

• Set up and lead a small local team
• Facilitate the delivery of high-quality early years classes and family engagement activities
• Build relationships with families local stakeholders and funders
• Ensure theBabyzoneoffering is safe consistent and impactful
• Collaborate withBabyzone Heads across the UK and the central team
• Connect families to Babyzones digital resources including the Baby Buddy app and WhatsApp communities
• This is a leadership role with hands-on delivery elements perfect for someone passionate about early years and community engagement

What Youll Need

Were looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for early years development andBabyzones mission
• Is an excellent people-person with empathy and energy
• Has experience working with families and young children
• Can manage a small team and juggle a variety oftasks
• Is based in or near Hammersmith and Fulham
• Ideally has a background in teaching early childhood development or family engagement
• Comfortable working with partners from health social care and voluntary sectors
• Enjoys part-time flexible working that fits around other life commitments

KPIs:

• Maintain and build upon the attendance of 150 family visits per delivery day
• Maintain and nurture existing partnerships and develop new ones with local organisations including NHS teams local authority and family support charities

Role Details

• Salary: Depending on experience
• Contract: Part-time permanent term-time only
• Hours: 2.5 days per week. This includes 1 delivery day (term-time Tuesdays) and 1.5admin day (from home)
• Location:Babyzone H&F based at West Youth Zone EdCity London W12 7TF
• Start Date: September 2026
