Head Chef – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

We are delighted to be working in partnership with one of Londons most prestigious 5-star hotels in their search for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the heart of their culinary operation.

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a renowned luxury hotels main kitchen overseeing multiple restaurants and bars while leading and inspiring a brigade of 40 chefs. Working within an environment renowned for excellence youll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest culinary standards whilst driving innovation consistency and team development across the property.

You have proven experience as a Head Chef within a large luxury 5-star hotel environment.

• 75000 per annum plus circa 6800 service charge and 10% annual bonus earning potential

Responsibilities as the Head Chef...

• Providing inspirational leadership to a brigade of 40 chefs across the hotels main kitchen operation
• Overseeing multiple restaurant and bar concepts ensuring exceptional quality and consistency throughout
• Driving menu execution culinary standards and operational excellence across all outlets
• Developing mentoring and retaining talented chefs at all levels of the brigade
• Working closely with senior management to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial performance
