Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time chef to join us in opening Tillys - a new neighbourhood restaurant & bar opening September in Shepherds Bush.
The food will be centred around seasonal approachable small plates inspired by tapas and European wine bars. Think thoughtful rather than fussy with a big focus on quality ingredients and simple delicious dishes. The menu will be small and seasonal! I am looking for someone with creativity who is up for the challenge of creating and designing a menu that showcases their strengths and the ingredients of our top quality suppliers.
