About the role

No two days are the same. From serving breakfast to our hotel guests delivering outstanding à la carte service producing beautiful wedding feasts catering for large private events and creating memorable seasonal menus youll be at the heart of everything we do.

Youll have the opportunity to:

• Lead retain and train a passionate and ambitious kitchen team.
• Drive menu development with fresh seasonal ingredients.
• Deliver exceptional food across restaurant terrace events and hotel operations.
• Oversee weddings private functions and bespoke dining experiences.
• Maintain outstanding food quality consistency and kitchen standards.
• Manage GP labour stock control and supplier relationships.
• Recruit coach and develop the next generation of chefs.

Were looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Thrives in a high-volume quality-led environment.
• Has strong leadership and people development skills.
• Is commercially minded with excellent financial awareness.
• Takes pride in delivering consistently outstanding food.
