Head Chef

As a Head Chef youll make sure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. Youll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them to work well together ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. 

Qualifications :

As a Head Chef you will

• Lead the kitchen team inspiring and motivating colleagues to deliver consistently excellent food and service.
• Plan organise and manage the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Coach develop and support your team helping individuals reach their full potential.
• Maintain exceptional food safety hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the management team to drive food quality team engagement and commercial performance.

What youll bring to the kitchen:

• Experience as a Kitchen Team Leader looking to step into your first Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role or previous experience managing a busy kitchen.
• A passion for developing and leading high-performing teams.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for producing high-quality well-presented dishes every time.
• A positive adaptable approach with the confidence to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
