The Opportunity
Lead and elevate the coffee offering in a performance-driven environment. Comparable to a specialist performance engineer youll refine processes train your team and ensure every detail contributes to a premium experience. Your expertise will set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Head Barista

• Lead the coffee service operation ensuring premium quality and consistency
• Train and develop barista team members to high standards
• Oversee coffee sourcing equipment maintenance and stock control
• Innovate and develop beverage offerings aligned with client expectations
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
• Monitor performance and maintain cleanliness safety and operational standards
