What you will be doing:
- Develop technical and tactical skills in scrum lineout maul breakdown tackling and ball-carrying supported by video analysis.
- Apply specialist forwards and contact-area expertise in collaboration with the wider coaching team.
- Support programme planning training delivery goal setting and regular individual player feedback.
- Coordinate team preparation administration and player selection with relevant staff ensuring alignment across womens programmes and Scottish Rugby procedures.
What were looking for:
- At least five years coaching experience in a high-performance rugby environment ideally in womens rugby.
- Experience leading performance programmes including individual development planning and player monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance player development with competitive performance supported by specialist coaching expertise and a valid driving licence.
