The Role

At Soho House a Guest Service Agent will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries travel arrangements booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone email or through a central reservation system.

Key duties

• Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant the sales office other hotel departments and travel agents.
• Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email.
• Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
• Knows the selling status rates and benefits of all packages plans.
• Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk.
• Understands the hotels policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests.
• Prepares expected arrival list for front office use.
• Updates member and guests profiles..
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house
• Uphold discretion and professionalism especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.

What we are looking for...

A successful Guest Service Agent for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. Youll be reliable friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity
• Thrive in fast-paced high-volume environments and maintain calm through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
• Must be hospitable approachable passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to take direction work in a team environment and autonomously
