Permanent Full Time - 39 hour standard working week Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 15.30

Were seeking a Groundworker to be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services team providing a comprehensive service within Cobalts properties. Youll be responsible for carrying out tasks in both void and tenanted properties including brickwork fencing and flagging works as well as tasks related to our enhanced Handyman service. Your work will contribute directly to our Responsive Repairs Voids and Planned Maintenance Programmes helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained.

What were looking for

• Experience in a working environment carrying out extensive painting works
• Ability to carry out all aspects of ground work brickwork and fencing works to a high standard
• Time served and/or NVQ level 2/3 in relevant trade or extensive experience
• IT Literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and to work in a team environment
• Current driving licence
