About the role

At Hammersmith & Fulham we are committed to delivering high-quality housing services and maintaining safe well-maintained homes and estates for our residents.

We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) repairs team. The successful candidate will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance works across our housing stock and estates including paving repairs brickwork fencing concrete and other external works.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience delivering responsive repairs and maintenance within a housing or property environment.
  • Experience carrying out groundworks including paving fencing brickwork and concrete repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of carrying out minor multi-trade repairs.
