Were looking for aGroundsMaintenance Team Leadersto lead motivate and delegate to the grounds maintenance operatives who will work alongside you to carry out our grounds maintenance service.

Youll predominantly coverPortsmouthand the surrounding South Hampshire area andwill also be required to visit ourPortsmouthoffice for training and ad hoc meetings. This is afull time permanent role working39 hoursper week!

Heres the facts about the role:
As Grounds Maintenance Team Leaderyoull play an important part in deliveringexcellent customer and community services. Youll plan and organise the tools and equipment required for work to be carried out. Youll also follow standard work routines and tasks on site with scope to make adjustments in the case of unplanned events. Responsibilities may also include ad hoc tasks such as the installation and repair of washing lines line marking in communal areas and graffiti removal.

Weve recently invested in leading technologies to enhance customer engagement improve working conditions for our staff and deliver innovative solutions that help our customers manage their homes more effectively. As part of your role youll be equipped with a company issued tablet and mobile phone to facilitate essential duties such as vehicle inspections site reporting and documenting completed work through photographic evidence.

Youll be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the grounds maintenance work on your sites. Well expect you to meet your set targets and support your supervisor to ensure an excellent value for money service is delivered.

Comprehensive training including support in obtaining any necessary role-related licenses will be provided.

Youll need a full current UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and trailer licence to be considered for this role. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
