Job Summary

Location: Watford and other areas locally
Salary: 12.71 per hour and upwards
Benefit: Company vehicle
Subject to DBS check
Youll work across multiple sites delivering grounds maintenance duties to high standards. Each day brings variety as you travel between locations using your company vehicle.
- Complete grounds maintenance tasks on time and to excellent standards
- Operate horticultural machinery including strimmers and mowers
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Interact professionally with the public and team members
- Participate in ongoing training programmes
- Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative or Landscape Gardener
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for company vehicle use)
- Strong grounds maintenance and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
- Punctual hardworking and able to use own initiative
- PA1 and PA6 certifications desirable but not essential
- In-depth training programme
