Job Summary
- Showcase Your Artistry: Youll deliver high-quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs and cats utilizing your full range of skills in scissoring clipping and finishing.
- Champion a Positive Pet Experience: Youll use your calming presence and expert handling skills to comfort nervous pets ensuring a low-stress and positive experience for every animal in your care.
- Build Trusting Client Relationships: Youll be the face of our grooming services consulting with clients to understand their needs providing expert advice and building a loyal clientele.
- Maintain a Professional Salon: Youll uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization ensuring your workstation is always tidy safe and welcoming.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a professional pet groomer.
- A passion for creating a positive low-stress experience for every pet.
- Excellent skills in all aspects of grooming for dogs and cats including nail trims ear cleanings and anal gland expression.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- The physical ability to handle pets up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- The pay for this position is commission-based at 50%.
