Bid documents image and text library keeping everything looking sharp and professional. The rest is comms support social media website updates client database and occasional project support.
Youll need to properly know InDesign and Photoshop. Not "Ive dabbled." Not Canva. Proper skills used daily because thats the core of this job.
The role:
Designing and preparing bid documentation making sure its accurate and looks the part - using your wonderful creativity!
Managing and organising the image and text library
Social media management
A little Website and client database upkeep
Requirements
What we need from you:
18 months experience in graphics comms or marketing support
Excellent InDesign and Photoshop skills this is essential
SME experience preferred comfortable wearing multiple hats
Sharp eye for detail especially on visual materials
Someone who gets stuck in without needing constant direction and can cope with variety
