Key Responsibilities:
GRAHAM ROUTES TO BECOMING A QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We offer a two year programme which focuses on developing your technical and interpersonal addition a structured mentored training programme aligned to a recognised professional qualification will set you on the pathway to chartership. Through early responsibility youll learn quickly on challenging projects with the opportunity for fast track career advancement
The closing date for applications will be Friday 8th January 2027.
Interviews will commence in February 2027.
Successful candidates will be notified in March 2027.
All successful applicants will join the business by September 2027 with some opportunities to start earlier where possible.
Technical Competencies
Essential
A degree (or expected degree) in Quantity Surveying Commercial Management or a construction related discipline Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Strong numerical analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong IT skills. Right to work in the UK.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
An appreciation of Health & Safety practices.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous placement internship or work experience within construction.
Understanding of the fit-out or construction industry.
Able to demonstrate problem solving.
