What Youll Be Doing

As a Graduate Surveyor you will:

• Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Undertake market research and analysis
• Assist with valuation reports lease advisory work and consultancy projects
• Prepare presentation materials and client reports
• Build financial and property performance models
• Engage with clients landlords investors and occupiers
• Contribute to business development activities and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation
• Work towards achieving your APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Essential

• Due to graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated
• Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commercial awareness and interest in the property market
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one

Desirable

• Previous work experience placement year or internship
• Involvement in university societies sports teams or leadership activities
• Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
