Job Summary
About the role
As part of this two-year rotational program you will undertake two exciting 12-month assignments across different areas of Operations and Production. You will join our team in Cramlington UK for your first rotation before taking the opportunity to embark on an international assignment at one of our other production sites in Belgium during your second year.
During your first 12 months you will dive straight into a high-impact mission supporting loss-reduction and productivity projects within our Coating this role you will take the lead on the data element of key initiatives - applying Lean tools to challenge and question data while working directly alongside shopfloor employees to collect insights verify findings and validate real-world results. This role is just as much about people as it is about data and process. You will bridge the gap between raw data and shopfloor operations driving shared success through active collaboration and everyday human interaction.
We will empower you to quickly take on responsibilities while exploring all facets of our business. You will contribute both to daily operational management and to strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond technical expertise you will develop strong communication and leadership skills essential for driving sustainable continuous improvement and leaving a lasting mark on our sites.

Qualifications :
Required:
- University degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical chemical electrical energy industrial production safety or equivalent).
- Initial practical experience (e.g. internships or academic projects) ideally within an international manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English
