Program Details
We have an exciting 18-month program lined up for you!In our program you will work on forward-looking SAP andlogisticssolutions take responsibility and helpestablishsustainable standards together with your part of thejourneyyou will also spend time with OperationsAccount ManagementSolution Design/ProjectManagementandthe German BPM team.
Business Process Management:Delveinto the world of IT solutions bysupportingcustomer implementations and change initiatives working closely withlogistics IT and external partners to design andoptimiseendtoendsupply chain processes. Throughhandsoninvolvement with SAP (SD WM EWM ERP) and connected systemsyoullanalysebusiness requirements support solution implementation and contribute to process automation andstandardisation.
Youllgain experience in testing and quality assurance documenting processes to BPM standards and supporting the rollout of scalable solutions across clients.
While exploring multipleindustries gaining broad exposure to Tech Healthcare and Consumer Productsin:
Operations:Gain valuable insights hands-on experience and development inlogisticsand warehouse planning.
Key Account Management:Delve into all aspects of the function from Customer ServiceOperations and thenrotate betweenKey Account Management and Solution Design/Project Management (6 months each).The order of these rotations may vary.
Solution Design/Project Management:Gain unique insights into Solution Design.Youllbe involved in creating solutions for new customers and continuous improvement projects.
