  Where will you be working

  AtM Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.   As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor youll have the opportunity to:

  • Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across operational sites
  • Assist in conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Help identify and assess risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
  • Participate in incident investigations and support the reporting and analysis of findings
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture and raise awareness of best practices and our commitment to safety It Starts With Me
  • Contribute to toolbox talks safety briefings and training sessions
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health safety and environmental performance
  • Learn how to interpret legislation and industry standards and apply them in a practical operational context
  • Visit sites regularly to gain hands-on experience and understand the challenges and opportunities in delivering safe infrastructure projects

  • A degree inHealth Safety & Environmental Management or Environmental Science
  • Great communication skills and a willingness to learn

  • A full UK/EU driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
