Role description:
Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional sitting along client work and real projects from day one. Each graduates journey is unique shaped by their chosen specialism and the variety of projects they contribute to. You will build your technical expertise by contributing to meaningful client engagements and project work whilst business acumen and professional skills will be developed through centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Although there are no formal rotations graduates are encouraged and supported by their managers to proactively seek opportunities to broaden their experience and support their development.
As a consultant joining GROW youll be working within a diverse team of consultants cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. Youll be responsible for your own deliverables liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Role accountabilities:
Business Analyst - As part of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team you will play a key role in implementing software solutions and engineering solutions to our clients in asset intensive industries. These clients may be in rail transit water utilities defence and municipalities with a global footprint United Kingdom Europe North America and Australia. You will be working alongside experienced consultants who are focused on providing high quality solutions using IBM Maximo and supporting software. You will gain hands on experience in asset management data modelling & analytics consulting skills leadership and problem solving skills. You will also gain exposure to how the clients in these industries function and the assets that drive them. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional who is eager to learn build industry expertise and help clients improve the performance reliability and sustainability of their assets and operations.
- Accepted Degrees: BSc/MSc in Business Management or Economics or Engineering related discipline
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant masters or bachelors degree
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
