About the role

As a Graduate Analystat Argon & Co you will complete a structured 2 year programmewhere you will gain exposure across key areas of the business such as planning logistics and procurement. This will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally through various rotations plus exposure to working directly with our clients.

Key requirements

• Recently completed/completing in 2027a Bachelors or Masters degree

• Great communicators who can explain things clearly

• Bright with a strong academic record

• Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying at university

• Proven ability to work within a team environment

• Be results focused resilient and resourceful

• Interested in business and developing business acumen

• Initiative and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning

• Led by a strong sense of integrity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Excel Word etc.)

• Available to start in September 2027
