Were seeking passionate forwardthinking individuals to join our Central Services team as an Governance Coordinator. Youll bring experience of business administration such as the administration of meetings including minute taking.
As the ideal Governance Coordinator youll understand the importance of supporting the company Board to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Your duties will include but not exclusive to coordination of Board activities coordinate our calendar manage and maintain company policies and procedures as well as ensuring the high organisational standards are maintained.
The role of Governance Coordinatorrequires a proactive approach coupled with a can do attitude a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work as a key figure within a team. The work can be challenging but it is profoundly rewarding - made even more so by the supportive valuesdriven team youll be part of.

Strong communication skills clear verbal and written English

Excellent information technology and digital skills including knowledge of Microsoft 365

Able to maintain confidentiality

Proficient in diary management

Flexibility to attend meetings out of normal office hours
