About the role
We have anexciting newopportunity for a Governance Assurance Project Manager to lead the planningcoordinationand delivery of housing regulatory compliance activity acrossBrunelcaresHousingServices.
Youwill work closely with colleagues across the organisationsupportingthe development and implementation of improved processes systems and assurance frameworks that strengthencompliance and continuous improvement.
You willbe responsible forleading andcoordinatingprojects and workstreams linked to regulatory preparedness including preparations for inspectionby the Regulator of Social will include developing improvement plansmonitoring delivery against milestonesidentifyingrisks and ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.
Key responsibilities:

Developingandmaintainingevidence bases todemonstratecompliance with Consumer Standards and leadingon preparation for inspections.

Supportingoperational teams to implement action plans arising from audits and self-assessments ensuring services are aligned with the Regulator of Social Housings expectations.

Monitoringprogress managingrisks and reportingon delivery against key milestones.

Drivinginnovation and continuous improvement whilst promoting awareness and understanding of regulatory responsibilities.
About you
A professional with strong project management and stakeholderengagementskills together with a solid understanding of the social housing regulatory environment.
You will haveexperiencemanaging complex projects and delivering successful outcomes within housing or related regulated services.
It is essential that you are confident in working with a wide range of stakeholders and providing constructivechallengeto support improvement and compliance.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience working across operational housing services within the social housing sector

Strong knowledge of the Regulator of Social Housing Consumer Standards and wider regulatoryframeworks

Experience of leading improvement plans and deliveringorganisationalchange
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataidentifytrends and develop action plans
-
Strong communicationskills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
-
Aproactive resilient and improvementfocusedapproach
-
A relevant degree or equivalent experience isessentialand membership of a relevant professional body such as CIH or APMand/or arecognisedproject management qualification would beadvantageous.
