Overview

This role isdedicated to selling AvePoint solutions to organisationsusing Google WorkspaceGoogle ClassroomGoogleGeminiand Google Cloud. You will engage customers on theirGoogle-centric collaboration data management security and compliance challenges positioning AvePoint as a trusted partner in their Google ecosystem.

What will you be doing

As aGooglefocused Account Executive your role is toidentifyand qualify sales leads pitch AvePoints awardwinning solutionsorganisations using Google Workspace and GoogleCloud andmanage the full endtoend sales cycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning creatingvalidating and executing aterritory plan focused onGooglecentriccustomers articulating how you will achieve your revenue quotaacross the UKI & South Africa.
  • Developing new prospects throughnew logo acquisitionand existing customer cross sell motions targeting organisations standardised on or migrating toGoogle Workspace Google Classroom GoogleGeminiand Google Cloud.
  • Managing complex multistakeholdersales cycles using aconsultativeplatformledapproach positioning AvePoint beyond point solutions.
  • Engaging customer personas across IT Security Compliance and Business leadership with a strong understanding of Google Workspace usage and governance challenges.
  • Planning and delivering presentations that demonstrate howAvePoints solutions enhance secure govern and extract value from Google environments.
  • Working closely with the virtual account team including but not limited todedicatedpresalesengineersmarketingpartner teams andcrossfunctionalstakeholders to progress and close opportunities.
  • Sourcing new and collaborating with any existingGoogle ecosystem partners including resellers and system integrators where relevant to the deal motion.
  • Communicating new product developments and roadmap updates relevant to Google customers.
  • Attending remote and onsitecustomer and partner meetings (this is afieldbasedrole with an emphasis oninpersoncollaboration).
  • Implementing targeted sales campaigns to maximise penetration in Googlefirstaccounts.
  • Maintaining an accurate and uptodatepipeline in CRM with disciplined forecasting and hygiene.

Whatwerelooking for

  • Several years of experience in a sales role ideally within software or technology
  • Experience selling into Google Workspace and/orcloudcentricenvironments(preferred not essential)
  • Comfort with executivelevelselling across both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong communication listening and storytelling skills
  • Proven drive to exceed performance and revenue targets
  • Willingness to learn adapt and continuously improve
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with ARRbased compensation plans andquotacarryingroles
  • Enjoyment working with partners and channel ecosystems
