You will join Deutsche Banks Global Service Delivery Management function where you will shape and support client services delivery across a global this Director-level role you will coordinate client-focused service delivery working closely with teams to ensure services are responsive dependable and aligned to client expectations. You will contribute to building strong client relationships helping teams collaborate effectively and deliver consistent high-quality outcomes. The role is responsible for all soft services delivered including cafeteria operations reception areas mail reprographics document services archiving and client dining in addition to overseeing our overall end user exeprience. Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate global client service delivery ensuring consistent responsive and dependable outcomes across regions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and support service improvements together

  • Support client relationships by providing clear communication building trust and sharing updates across stakeholders

  • Oversee service performance helping teams understand priorities and maintain high standards

  • Contribute to service governance activities ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client expectations

  • Encourage a collaborative inclusive approach to service delivery supporting continuous improvement

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in client services service delivery or a related financial services environment with solid experience leading teams in this space.

  • Experience managing global service delivery teams across a large portfolio of buildings and an understanding of the cultural nuances of client services delivery in all regions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to connect collaborate and build trusted relationships across teams

  • Ability to communicate clearly and support understanding across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience working within global environments supporting teams across regions

  • Structured and methodical approach to managing service delivery activities as well as a commitment to quality accountability and supporting inclusive team culture
