Role Overview
Analytics is a pivotal capability within thedentsuproposition powering smarter decisions and sustainable growth for our clients. The Global Analytics Partner will play a criticalleadershiprole in embedding best-in-class analytics solutions and capabilities acrossdentsusglobal client portfolio. Leveraging your extensiveexpertisein marketing data measurement and analytics you willtransformhowour clientsuse data and analytics to drive business success.You will also lead analytics contributions in new business pitches ensuringdentsusproposition is both differentiated and compelling.
As aconsultativecommercially-mindedanalytics professionalyou willthrive onsolving problems and tackling challenges tohelp global clients achieve their businessobjectivesthrough measurement insights and data.Working closely with cross-functional teams including account management media planning and creative you will ensure data and analytics are integrated intoclient operations. In addition you will partner with the wider Analytics and Data & Technology craft teams and third partiestoidentifyinnovative solutions and opportunities to bring to clients.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Enablement & Solution Deployment
Adviseglobal clientsonoptimalways toleveragetheir data to impact growth.
Identifyrequirements designand scopesolutions and deliveranalyticsprojects.
Work with theglobal clientteamsto shareandscale analytics work across markets.
Consult clients to develop and enhance measurementand effectivenesssolutions.
Bring data to life through analysis and visualisations to maximise decision making capabilities and create efficiencies.
Be a trusted adviser for clients providing advice and consultative input.
Mobilise the right resources and skills across matrix teams;identifygaps andestablishupskilling or hiring plans.
Growth & New Business
Lead analytics deliverables in global pitchesdeveloping compelling narratives case studies and solution designs.
Collaborate with commercial teams to scope price and package analytics services for global clients.
Identifyanalytics growthopportunities acrossdentsubrands and service lines.
InternalLeadership
Work withthe global head of analytics anddentsuproduct teams to shape and refine analytics products within thedentsu. Connectplatform ensuring they meetclient and market needs.
Be a thought leader stayingclose to emerging analytics trends and tools introducing relevant innovationsand partnerstodentsusproduct ecosystem.
Build strong relationships with global client leads market analytics teams anddentsuagencybrand stakeholders and adjacent practice teams (eg.Data & Tech)to drive alignment and execution.
Experience and Skills
Significant experienceof analytics research and/or data ideally within a mediaor marketing environment.
Knowledge and capability to design and delivercomplexanalytics solutions including but not limited to MMM budget optimization LTV forecasting growth analysis.
Experiencedclient partner who excels at developing trusted relationships.
Consummate communicator both written and verbal; able to talk plainly and simply about complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience distilling data to develop and articulate insightsand recommendationswith the ability to present points of view to senior client audience.
Experience of building and managing teams.
Applied knowledge of themarketing andtechnologyeco-system and related data and of key partners.
Commercial acumenand ability to influence.
Diplomatic able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the business.
