Were supporting a leading UK broadband provider that is expanding its network across Scotland. As they bring next-generation connectivity to thousands of new homes they need driven people-first sales professionals to be the face of the brand on the ground.

THE ROLE

This is a field-based door-to-door B2C sales position. Youll be visiting residential buildings across Glasgow introducing residents to the service building genuine rapport and guiding them through to sign-up. Youll also represent the brand at resident events deliver promotional materials and gather customer feedback.

This is a Monday to Friday role with hours suited to reaching customers at home.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Conducting face-to-face sales visits to residential properties
• Building rapport with residents and clearly communicating the benefits of the service
• Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining a consistent daily visit schedule
• Acting as a brand ambassador in every customer interaction
• Representing the company at resident meetings and community events
• Capturing customer feedback on products pricing and competitors

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• A proven track record in sales or a customer-facing role
• Confident energetic and motivated you genuinely enjoy selling
• Comfortable working to targets and being accountable for your results
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different customers
• Experience handling objections or customer feedback
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Salary: 28000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c28000 per annum and monthly travel allowances

Due to the nature of field sales the hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm
