Genuine Dining CafeDeli Manager

Our Cafe/Deli Manager will:

• Lead and supervise Cafe team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Develop and implement catering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate Events on-site with the Building team and Clients
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards cleanliness and regulations
• Update daily menus and labelling for the Cafe and Hospitality
• Have a strong and positive relationship with Kitchen Team and Head Chef
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee food preparation presentation and service processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for seamless operations.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency stock taking and reporting
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence.
• Be a Barista and manage tills
