Burton Leonard CE Primary School is seeking a caring enthusiastic and dedicated General Teaching Assistant (SEN) to join our friendly and supportive team. With just 84 children on roll we are a warm and nurturing village school where every child is known valued and encouraged to flourish.

The Opportunity
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils and help them access all aspects of school life.
The successful candidate will:
Work closely with teachers and the SENDCo to support pupils with additional needs.
Provide individual and small-group support to help children achieve their learning goals.
Deliver interventions and personalised learning activities.
Foster childrens confidence independence and wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with pupils families and colleagues.
Help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and able to succeed.
Demonstrate our school values of love courage service and resilience through their work with children and the wider school community.
