Homes for Support is looking for an experienced and reliable General Property Maintenance Worker to join our busy team in Crewe. About the Role
This is a varied maintenance position working as part of a team. Duties will include general repairs property improvements and planned maintenance work across multiple sites.
Responsibilities Include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Painting and decorating
Basic building and repair work
Supporting refurbishment and improvement projects
Responding to maintenance issues efficiently and professionally
What Were Looking For
Essential:
Previous experience and tools for property maintenance building or a similar hands-on role
Good all-round DIY and maintenance skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Reliable trustworthy and self-motivated approach
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Polish language
