This is a great opportunity for a chartered surveyor to undertake a broad role advising landlords on their commercial and rural portfolios.
The role will involve:
Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
Undertaking inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes.
Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors to ensure effective portfolio management.
Value add initiatives and day-to-day running of portfolios.
Handling commercial property sales and lettings instructions.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
To be considered you WILL:
Be MRICS qualified.
Have worked in commercial property agency/ property management/ rural surveying.
Be client-facing and have excellent communication skills.
Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Be proactive with a self-motivated approach and strong commercial awareness.
Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
