The Opportunity

As General Manager you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and commercial success of the restaurant.

Youll lead inspire and develop a passionate team creating an environment where colleagues thrive and guests enjoy exceptional hospitality every time they visit. From driving financial performance and maintaining operational excellence to developing future talent youll have the autonomy to shape your business while being supported by an established and successful hospitality group.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking an experienced hospitality professional with the leadership skills commercial awareness and passion to deliver consistently high standards.

You will have:

• A minimum of two years experience as a General Manager within a quality branded restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A proven track record of successfully leading busy high-volume operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets controlling costs and driving profitability.
• A passion for delivering exceptional food drink and customer service.
• Excellent leadership coaching and people development skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A hands-on management style with a genuine passion for hospitality.
