Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the Resorts successful refurbishment rebranding & repositioning on completion.
- Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation F&B Golf Spa Events & Leisure.
- Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategy innovation & brand development.
- Lead and develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Previous experience within a resort environment would be advantageous.
- A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
