Job Role: General Manager

Hours per week: 40

Salary:40000

Shift pattern:5 x 8 hour shifts - must be fully flexible for days evenings weekends and some nightshifts.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am you will receive an additional 1.50 per hour between those times.

As a General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of one of our flagship Manchester venue. You will work closely with both your Area Manager and your venue management team to ensure the venue is performing to the best of its ability. Some further duties of this role include:

• Responsibility for maximising the growth and profit of the venue being fully accountable for the stores performance
• Have an up to date understanding of Gambling Legislation
• Delegation of tasks to the wider team
• Driving a culture of exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
• Responsible for driving promotions of new products and offers ensuring this is cascaded to all staff members to encourage acting with best practice
• Ensure store standards are met including excellent presentation cleanliness and hygeine
