A respected valuesled healthcare provider is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a purposebuilt neurological rehabilitation and complex care centre in Kingston Upon Thames. This flagship service supports adults with complex neurodisability tracheostomy needs and longterm rehabilitation pathways offering specialist therapy facilities including a physiotherapy gym hydrotherapy pool treatment rooms and an OT assessment kitchen.

This is a highimpact leadership role for someone who can deliver stability inspire multidisciplinary teams and drive outstanding clinical operational and regulatory performance.

About the Role

As General Manager you will take full responsibility for the safe effective and highquality running of a specialist rehabilitation centre. Youll be a visible handson leader who sets the tone for excellence ensuring robust governance strong clinical oversight and a warm supportive culture for residents undergoing rehabilitation or longterm complex care.

You will:

  • Provide 24-hour management oversight across a specialist neurorehabilitation and complex needs service.

  • Lead mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team including nurses therapists and support staff.

  • Oversee recruitment training supervision and ongoing staff development.

  • Drive quality improvement audits governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure full compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and internal clinical governance frameworks.

  • Build strong relationships with residents families MDTs and external agencies.

  • Manage budgets staffing levels health & safety and operational efficiency.

  • Support occupancy and service utilisation through strong local engagement and professional networking.
