Our client is bringing an exciting new fitness concept to the UK and is looking for an ambitious Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new club in Marlow.

Youll be the heartbeat of the club leading your team creating an exceptional member experience and taking ownership of commercial performance.

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the club including service staffing safety and cleanliness

• Driving sales membership growth retention and NPS

• Managing budgets costs and key KPIs

• Recruiting coaching and developing a high-performing team

• Creating an energetic positive and performance-focused culture

• Acting as the local face of the brand and maintaining high standards

• Working closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to deliver business goals

• Leading by example and continually looking for ways to improve performance

Youre a natural leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people and customer experience.

Youll bring:

• Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs

• Experience in hospitality leisure or another customer-facing environment

• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

• A hands-on proactive approach

• Experience building and developing high-performing teams

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability

• A passion for fitness health or sport

Fitness industry experience is a bonus but not essential.
